Refund Eligibility

Refunds are available for returned items within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in original condition with all packaging.

Refund Processing

Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after receiving your return. Credit card refunds may take an additional 2-3 billing cycles.

Refund Methods

Refunds are issued to the original payment method. For PayPal orders, refunds are issued to your PayPal account.

Partial Refunds

Items showing signs of use may qualify for a partial refund (50-70% based on condition).

Shipping Costs

Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error. Return shipping is free for defective items.

Late/Missing Refunds

If you haven't received your refund after 10 business days, contact your bank first. Then contact us at info@ bradethy.com.
